An excellent pairing! Our traditional Irish Shepherd’s Pie will melt in your mouth - a savory combination of lamb and beef topped with mashed potatoes and Gouda cheese. Can’t decide if you want to pair it with Guinness stout or Harp Lager? Why not have both - called a Half and Half?
M'Coul's Classic Reuben Sandwich with Mac and Cheese
We season and brine our corned beef in house and top it with Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, & sauerkraut all grilled on marbled rye. Yum! Our Mac and Cheese has a unique twist - in more ways than one - we use spiralized gemelli pasta, covered in Gouda cheese sauce and topped with shredded gouda. Amazing!
