M’Coul’s also crafts some of the finest cocktails in town and offers a wide array of import and craft draught beers. There truly is something for everyone. The Pub has a cozy, inviting vibe with a charming, traditional style. Customers can pick from different areas on two floors, including lovely outdoor patio seating and an upper deck with great views of historic Elm St and Greene St.

M’Coul’s is proud to be featured in Hidden Gems of America: Restaurants of 2022. Female owned from the beginning, many years of love have gone into creating a special place for guests to feel at home away from home. In true Public House spirit M’Coul’s everyone is welcome!

Our house cocktails are named after people and places from the rich, sometimes sordid, history behind the building and surrounding area that now houses M’Coul’s. During the early 20th century, this district of downtown Greensboro included seedy hotels and bustling brothels, and was frequented by many-a-colorful character. Our cocktail menu is a toast to this weird and wild underworld that some say still exists today. Let us know if you feel a caress from the other side...
